The queue on a Monday was ridiculous. Like out of The Stone Age. Surely more staff needed

Rude rude rude and unhelpful.
Make up their own opening hours by just pulling shutters and walking off.
I avoid if possible and use St G instead

Very poor customer service at the Chalfont St Peter Post Office. The staff were unhelpful and seemed completely uninterested in assisting customers.
I came specifically to collect a DVLA driving licence renewal form, and after waiting in the queue for quite some time, I was simply told they didn’t have it. According to the DVLA, Post Offices should normally provide these forms, so it was very frustrating to waste my time queuing only to receive no help.
The overall attitude from the staff was disappointing and felt very dismissive. A post office should be there to help the community, but this experience felt like the opposite.
Really poor experience and a complete waste of time.

Very rude staff, says it’s open until 10pm. I went to collect my parcel at lunch time and they said the post office is closed.
I have complained to Royal Mail, after reading the reviews it seems this is a common occurrence. They’re never open when they should be and the staff are very rude.

Extremely slow service, after 20+ minutes in the queue with barely any movement I had to leave. Maybe it was just my luck that the 10 people in front needed a lot of heavy jobs doing? As entitled as it sounds I feel very inconvenienced as I had a 10 month old baby with me and I had wasted time. There needs to be more than one counter open on Mondays surely?
