How they maintain their calm demeanour when the queue threatens to go round the shop & out the door is one of life's mysteries. Jess is also lovely to deal with kind, patient, humourous & like Teresa extremely knowledgeable & professional. As others have said moving the post office to the front of the shop was a retrograde step, it's unfair on the post office staff who have no space to work in & the customers who have to clutter up the front of the shop while they queue. Why can't be returned to it's original unobtrusive position at the back of the shop?
