I used this Post Office for the first time to send a parcel.
The service was functional and also my confidence in the parcel arriving is low, as the staff member seemed unsure of what he was doing.
In summary, it was ok, at best.

Unprofessional service at this post office, will not be returning! As another review has mentioned, the lady in front of us was thrust a pack of cards to search for her own parcel. Both staff members on the till barely spoke and seemed uninterested and also tried to charge us the wrong price for starters. The boy on the normal till was constantly just loudly shouting "SHOPPING. ANBODY SHOPPING!" as if we were in a bingo hall rather than a "can I help anyone", I've never seen anything like it. Don't bother coming here.

Truly disgraceful service — it doesn’t even merit a single star. My experience at this shop was shocking. I came to collect a parcel that was already marked as “ready for collection,” yet when it was my turn in the queue, the staff completely ignored me and served others instead. When I finally asked to be attended, they handed me a stack of cards and expected me to search through them to find my own parcel, as if it was my job to sort their work.
Not only was this unprofessional, but it is also a clear breach of data protection, as I was able to see the names and addresses of multiple customers who had parcels delivered there. This should never happen.
The staff were rude, dismissive, and spent their time talking amongst themselves in a different language, showing no awareness or care for customers. No basic courtesy whatsoever — no greeting, no explanation, no “please” or “thank you.”
