1. Sack the bloke with the awful hair, he’s completely incompetent. Slow & inefficient. Constantly stops to drink water, or pour from his flask. Walks slowly everywhere. Every process is mind numbing.
2. Open more counters. 2-3 should be the minimum at any one time.
3. Better yet, close the whole thing, have more individual Post Office counters in other shops. Let more businesses in the town centre operate Evri.
This Post Office is a failure & so is ‘T G Jones’, aka W H Smith.
