Terrible customer service - super moody, rude remarks, no manners at all - making the experience generally negative. Do yourself a favour: on the days he is working, choose the Amazon Lockers at the petrol station in Aston Clinton instead for your Amazon returns. (I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1, as the shop counter staff are always pleasant!).
