- AAAndyAug 10, 20261.0Asked if the post office was open. Woman at the till said “no, only my manager can do it and she’s not here”. I asked “where is she?”. The woman replied “she’s just left”. I asked “will she be back?” - “I don’t know”. I asked “well can you find out?”. She signed and said “yeah ok hang on” and went and found out when she’ll be back. Extremely poor staffing and customer service. It must be extremely easy to get a job there! Also, the post office is rarely open, and customers are repeatedly just told to come back later. I submitted a complaint about this and other issues about the service to Royal Mail.

- IIIzabelaMay 24, 20241.0Worst customer service ever. Very dirty place. Staff not interested in serving customers but talking privet subjects. The shop is clattered, post office window never open on time, you have to wait ages before you are served as manager has to make her self coffee first. Unacceptable
- RBRiley BeeSep 26, 20235.0Brilliant post office the team in store were very supportive of a parcel I was trying to send, the girl on the till I didnt catch her nam but she had black hair was running the till on the shop and the post office whilst the other member of staff was working stock on the shop floor, I had to send a parcel for next and didn't have a clue what i was doing, but the girl gave me loads of advice and recommend to send it special delivery as that would get in there the next day by 1 and it would cover the value of my item, with all the pressure she was under with little staff she took the time to team me a person and not a number great little post office well done girls
