- AAAndyAug 10, 20261.0Asked if the post office was open. Woman at the till said “no, only my manager can do it and she’s not here”. I asked “where is she?”. The woman replied “she’s just left”. I asked “will she be back?” - “I don’t know”. I asked “well can you find out?”. She signed and said “yeah ok hang on” and went and found out when she’ll be back. Extremely poor staffing and customer service. It must be extremely easy to get a job there! Also, the post office is rarely open, and customers are repeatedly just told to come back later. I submitted a complaint about this and other issues about the service to Royal Mail.
