Stood in the queue for 10-15min, arrived at the counter and the lady told me to grab an envelope in the isle behind me, went to pay for it came back and she closed. Knowing well that she sent me to the isle. I respect your closing time but at least consider me minimum by managing my expectations and tell me that you are closing and there’s no need for me to look for the envelope. Very inconsiderate and unprofessional.
