Hardly ever open, staff are rude and abrupt to the point where it actually makes you feel uncomfortable, like they are doing you a favour by serving you. Shop looks like steptoes yard, stuff scattered everywhere. Honestly the worst post office and probably worst experience of being served by someone I have ever had and I've been all over the world. Sums up Shirehampton to be honest. If I was you I would avoid it at all costs. Just dreadful

Inconsistent rules for parcel collections across different members of staff - made me walk home to get my ID in the boiling hot with my newborn when I had used a photo of my passport to collect previously. Evri email states you need photo ID OR QR code to collect parcels… NOT both!
