The post office closes at 5 pm, but after that there is a small postal service available at the shop’s front counter, which I found very convenient and impressive. The staff there were very polite, helpful, and professional. They were understanding and provided excellent customer service, making the whole process easy and comfortable for me. What really stood out was their efficiency and willingness to help customers even during busy hours. Despite the crowd, the service was well organised, and the waiting time was reasonable.
