Went to this post office to update my provisional license im not amazing at forms on the best of days, Jenny (lovely lady) gave me the option of doing it digitally after me explaining im terrible at forms.
She spent about 10 mins with me to complete it properly, super speedy.
Would highly recommend her for anyone that struggles like I do, very thankful.
Thank you Jenny!! Xx

Normally this is a great Post Office, but today was a bit disappointed. Went in to collect a parcel. Was told it wasn’t there “we don’t have a package in that name”. Gave the counter agent the tracking number and he went to look again. Came back with a card in his hand and just said “can you sign that”. I said “do you have the parcel?” He said “yes it was hidden under some other items”. That’s fine that he didn’t see it first time, but my niggle is just own up to that when you come back! Come back with the parcel saying “sorry about that Ive found it” don’t just say “can you sign that” without even acknowledging your mistake or worse even letting me know you’ve found the package! It’s a minor issue in the scheme of things, I acknowledge that, but it’s actually just pretty BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE that I’m asking for, not any special treatment.
