But when I got to the counter, the men said that I need to pack my return item. I explained to him the option I chose, he ignored me and turned away. This is absolutely not acceptable behaviour as a member of staff of the Royal Mail, especially when you are representing the Royal Mail. I have never thought be be treated this badly, worse experience since I came to the UK. I will never go here or recommend anyone going here.
