- KNKeith NichollsSep 30, 20261.02.25p.m.Wednesday, 30th September I arrived at Nailsea Post Office to be faced with a queue out to the door. There were only two counter staff working. 35 minutes later I got to the counter to buy one First Class stamp for a large letter at the ridiculous over price of £3.60. I was told that the stamp machine had been taken out because it was obsolete. It's about time it was replaced. If it had I could have been in and out in three minutes, and probably several other people in the queue wanting only a stamp could have been as well. The service is appalling and much like the Christmas rush, but every day of the week.

I explained that I am paying for parking to collect and it says it’s ready. After a little more conversation the guy eventually got up and got my parcel. The queue is always bad and after waiting for over 5 minutes to be served with no one in front of me I wasn’t going to leave having to pay more for parking and having to wait for their convenience. Been terrible service since they took over.
