They made the process of changing my tax class and updating my address on my licence simple and stress free. I really appreciate their patience and excellent customer service. Thank you for all your help and i'll come to your place again and again.
- TGT GAug 5, 20261.0The lady in this store is one of the rudest people I have ever met, has been for years and I have actively avoided the place because of it, had no choice today but to go to her and as per usual she is dismissive, treats you like an idiot even though she can’t follow basic instructions and she throws your reciept at you. She also constantly rips you off for postage. Throws your packages around. Scoffs at you. She should be absolutely ashamed of herself for being such an embarrassment to the Post Office she is meant to represent. I will never set foot in there again and I encourage my whole family to avoid the place. Horrible woman. Shame.
- ARAndrew RichardsonJul 29, 20265.0I went into Wells Road Post Office Wednesday late so I was expecting to asked to come back tomorrow but no, they said hello and didn’t mention the time. I needed a bit of help for which the chap serving me gave me all the help and advice I needed. I finished with the item I went in about, then I notice items I wanted to purchase but it was really getting late. The senior gentleman said take your time. I had a good look and the gentleman pointed out they had smaller packs which I hadn’t noticed, he went and got the item for me saving me about £5.00. My first time in there for about 10years and I was so grateful for their kindness. I am 70 years of age with a number of serious health issues. This was the best service I have had in a post office for years. I pass 3 others to get to this one hence not needed to go there, but I will every time now. The other post office couldn’t help me. 10/10 for service. Like shops in my younger days. Thank You 👍
