Worst post office I've ever had to live near - constantly shut during stated open hours such as right now which finally made me review (4pm on a Friday, supposed to be open til 8pm), lazy staff with one guy very obviously going for a smoke every time I come in with (maximum 3) parcels, making me wait 10 minutes even though 2 staff are available. They've also mixed up labels on parcels twice - one time mixed up two valuable parcels going to America which then couldn't be returned, losing me over £150. Another time they somehow typed my HOME address as the recipient address, despite it literally being around the corner from the building. Avoid at all costs

These people don't even deserve 1 star - their customer service is absolutely appalling! Twice I have tried to collect a package from them after it failed to be delivered to my house (even though I was home and nobody bothered to knock). The first attempt, they turned me away and referred me to the post office's opening hours which were written on a piece of paper and stuck on the door. I came in the following day and tried again only for them to say it was closed because the system was down. I asked them when it will likely be resolved and they wouldn't give an estimated date and time. What should have been such a simple job has turned into a nightmare.

This is the worst post office I've dealt with in 20 years. The employees have no respect for customers, are rude, unhelpful, and ignorant. Especially the older lady with glasses. Every time I go in there, I know there's going to be a problem! Amazon doesn't operate there. They close the store whenever they want during the day, no notes or explanations. There's always no one at the post office or they go on a break and say they'll be back in 5 minutes. I made my purchase in 20 minutes, and I still went back and chased them, only the line was longer. They lie to customers all the time. They're lazy and don't do their jobs competently. Unfortunately, I have many examples to share, but the message would be too long. They should definitely replace the people who work there.

Hectic rainy day and google says open until late. Now closed since 13:00. Waste of time! Should have read the reviews first.
