I have been served by every staff member here and they always are extremely helpful and happy. I probably go weekly at a variety of times and have been served instantly up to within 15 minutes. Yes there may sometimes be a queue at lunch but find a post office that doesn't. Going to the post office isn't the most joyous task however the people in the Glos road one really make an effort to make it as stress free as possible and I appreciate them! If you don't like it here I would suggest going to the one on Cotham Hill because that will ground your opinions somewhat and make you appreciate the care that goes into the Glos road brand!
