The staff who is behind the counter she is a gem , always friendly and helpful. When I used to collect parcel from the shop it was a chaos. Now collection is from the PO well organised. It is quite a busy post office. Ill always choose my time . The timing is already mentioned in the site… oh lord still comments abt the opening hrs. Come on people. Which PO is not busy. I’ll continue my service in this place .
- BBBurner BurnsJul 18, 20261.0Staff can be really rude to customers and post office hours are very odd and unreliable, no wonder there are thousands of parcels behind the desk, they're never open and nobody can come pick them up! When it is open, bless the poor staff behind the desk because it's incredibly busy and the queue is always out the door. Seems like really poor management to me When I came in to drop something off at 12:00 Saturday (30 minutes before closing time) before I'd even opened my mouth I was told by shop staff I'm too late and to come back on Monday. Wild!

But there's one person there doing an outstanding job, she's got a lot of products to handle and does it well. Since the post office doesn't have any outlet'swe are lucky that this shop provides a service. Pick you time and be thankful your not the other side of the counter

It is often quite busy but a bit of patience goes a long way! It is advertised that they close for a lunch break so that shouldn’t be news to anyone. I will continue to take my business there:)
