Today i was told by a man that called himself the post master that i had too much to post and i would have to come back later or go someone where else. I said that this was unreasonable and explained his wife had asked me start using their post office originally. There was no queue and there were 2 people serving. The experiencing was extremely embarrassing and meant that 70% of my post was not sent that day as i was too late to go somewhere else. I am disgusted by my treatment as a customer of this post office for 4 months without issue and a customer of Roya Mail with my small business for 15 years. I will now be using a courier instead of this post office. What a shame such an unpleasant and lazy man has cost me the convenience of using my local post office and Royal Mail my regular revenue. The Women who work there are usually very good however the Mean are Lazy and disinterested in customer service.
