They’re never open when they’re meant to be and they don’t bother to change the website times when they decide not to open the post office so the website still says they’re open when they’re not which wastes so many peoples time. Either stick with the opening and closing times or just shut down permanently.

Old ladies who have no clue what they're doing and who clearly have not been trained how to deal with the general public and people from different backgrounds. I noticed this a few times when I went there that when they're were serving someone from a minority group the attitude completely changes, the way I was spoken to when I asked simply questions was completely different compared to the people before. The lady seemed very irritated and impatient. Very unpleasant and unprofessional people.
