This was a very important parcel. I am very upset! can't get in touch with them - I'm so frustrated !!!

All proof shown to the owner and he just shrugs his shoulders and says he doesn’t have it and to take it up with Evri. Despite the parcel clearly entering their system, there has been no clear explanation, accountability, or meaningful effort to resolve the issue. I’ve been left waiting with no updates and no reassurance, which is incredibly frustrating. Losing a parcel after they’ve been scanned is unacceptable.
