I was here at 10am, it’s now quarter past and I’m still in the queue which is now out the door. Come on Post office - please sort out this branch!

Also this post office the main lady is very rude and abrupt, fingers crossed someone else will take over, I believe most of risborough feel this way: Royal Mail needs to start looking into this !
- PPPaulDec 17, 20212.0This is the first time I've been able to use this post office in the attempts, and I wish I hadn't bothered. The layout is a mess. The staff were abrupt, although I admit that the woman that came in on front of me that expected the staff to pack her items for her and send them didn't help. Couldn't figure out why you can't buy items and post packages at the post office till but you could do both at the 'shop' till. The place needs to be simplified, which will probably never happen. Better off going to use the one in Naphill.
