While I was bringing up my return code on my phone, having only been at the counter for a few seconds, the staff member said, “Where is your code? I haven’t got all day.” There was no queue, and it took only a moment for me show it, yet he still huffed and puffed as though I was wasting his time. I was with a friend, who even commented that there was no need for him to be so rude. I have been served by this same person before and have never found him friendly or welcoming. I’ve never seen him greet customers and often makes you feel like an inconvenience. Having moved to Olney a year ago, I’ve found staff in other local shops to be friendly and helpful. It’s disappointing that the post office does not offer the same welcoming experience.

Tried to drop off a Royal Mail returns parcel today and they claimed they couldn't do it because "they didn't have the app". I have checked the Royal Mails website and it clearly states this Post Office provides the "Parcelshop" service and should have taken the parcel. So this is evidently a staff training or management issue.
