Amazon Counter returns are not serviced there, even if they appears on the official Amazon's list. I have been told that since they changed to the Marks&Spencer (back in September) they do not have a system to process these parcels!
Open at random time during the day.

What an absolute disgrace. Attitude off the sales assistant who was to busy catching up with old friends. After 5 minutes get told nobody can help as she is out the back checking the tills. Should both be run separate or what is the point saying are open. Joke
