- KGKatie GunnMay 11, 20261.0Thambiah- Disgracful customer service. I had the E-label for the woman to scan and attach to send my parcel and she refused. Being my local post office i use this service to send parcels with the same label every time as i don't have a printing machine. But today there was a que and she refused to help me saying go somewhere else. I'm shocked. Then when i pointed out she just had to scan the label she huffed rolled her eyes and muttered under her breath! So rude! Refusing service because she couldn't be asked to print the pre paid label. Diabolical the fact she barely spoke english and had the cheek to tell me i don't understand!

Why did my Post Office refuse to issue change?
If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.

If you’ve signed up but aren’t using your nominated branch, it’s at that branch’s discretion whether they have enough change available to fulfil your request.
