They processed any priorities first so the parcels made it in time for the next day delivery and kindly offered me a chilled drink of water while I waited for the remaining parcels to be dealt with, on this hot day. It was very much appreciated. What I thought was going to be a stressful time turned into a lovely experience thanks to the staff. The lady who served me was Ayesha Ali.
