- AHAhsan HussainSep 20, 20265.0I cannot thank this lovely lady (unfortunately, I cannot remember her name) enough for the incredible kindness and customer service she showed me on Saturday 19th September. I went to the Post Office shortly before closing because I urgently needed my ID verified for work. This verification was extremely important because without it, I would not have been able to continue working and could have been left out of work. Even though they were about to close, she kindly kept the Post Office open for me and went above and beyond to help. I also needed to provide a printed bank statement as part of the verification process. Unfortunately, the library was unable to help me with this, so I went to Snappy Snaps to get the statement printed. What really touched me was that she was willing to wait for me to return. She could have easily closed up and gone home, but instead she showed genuine understanding, patience and compassion, allowing me to come back and complete the ID verification. Thanks to her kindness and willingness to go the extra mile, I was able to get my ID verified and continue working. I honestly cannot express how much this meant to me, especially knowing what could have happened if I hadn’t been able to complete the process that day. Customer service like this deserves to be recognised. She was absolutely wonderful, and I am incredibly grateful for her help. Please pass on my thanks and recognition to her she truly made a stressful situation so much easier.
