In all of this time I have been getting change for my notes, it even had a sign in the window advertising this service. Now I have been told that you cant do this. You must deposit the cash into an account then withdraw the ammount and get the change needed. Poor service, dont understand why the post office would rather pay a bank transaction fee to give us change as opposed to changing the cash we had. I also didnt like being told that this service has not been provided when it has for 3 months. If you change policies then state that dont make me feel like a liar.
