Used their redirection service. The man at the Post Office at the petrol station lost my parcel. The parcel was delivered and signed for on Friday, went Saturday was told had to come back on Monday. Went back on Monday just to be told the parcel was given back to the Royal Mail. The parcel wasn’t Royal Mail and all he told me is to speak to the call centre. I called Parcel Force was told he should never sent the parcel back as they don’t have it in the system any more as it shows delivered. I will be making official complaint, the parcel cost lots of money and was sent from overseas. Incompetent people should not operate or offer services.

Couldn’t have been more helpful. I had actually purchased post online. I had brought the parcel but a screenshot with the wrong code. The manager (I believe) could not have helped more. I was resigned to going home and working out what I had done wrong (I have no printer). He insisted I stayed, gave me his WiFi password to all me to bring up the label, had me airdrop it to his phone (gave me his number) and went out the back to print it himself on his own computer. This all took 10-15 minutes, mostly due to my duff IT skills, and he was under no obligation to do so. Absolutely marvellous customer service, he was very kind and patient indeed. Many thanks to you, outstanding.

Best post office experience I've ever had. The gentleman was so kind and helpful. They didn't have any large boxes so he found me a pre used one in the back and let me use their tape and permanent marker to send my package. Was really touched, thank you!
