Absolutely appalling customer service by the gentleman who owns the shop (the lady is actually really nice which is unfortunate). I visited today to collect a parcel and, having mistakenly provided my married name, I completely understand that this caused some initial difficulty in locating the parcel. However, rather than handling the situation professionally and courteously, I was told that I was now the reason a queue had built up, simply because the matter took a few additional seconds to resolve I.e. not even a minute. To complain about having two additional customers waiting is quite frankly unacceptable for a service that is intended to deal with members of the public. If serving customers is such an inconvenience, perhaps it is worth reconsidering whether providing this service is appropriate. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have experienced rudeness here, which makes this particularly disappointing. A piece of advice to local customers: avoid this service if you can. There are plenty of places where customers can expect to be treated with basic courtesy and respect, and this certainly is not one of them.

Since I have never been charged before (having posted many to this destination from other post offices) and this was my first time using this post office, it's obvious it was caused by whatever they did.

He had long hair if that helps. Shout out to that guy for explaining the fridge had broke dowm and where i could get cold drink from.Cheers!
