Insisted that wasn't available and kept trying to push for £9 on both the outbound envelope and self-addressed one. I did refuse it on both and he appeared somewhat disgruntled about it. After coming home and doing some research, I found that not all post offices offer full services. Something was niggling at the back of my mind so decided to ring the establishment and ask. Low and behold, they do in fact send mail tracked no signature! I should have waited to use my regular post office in Erdington but had a busy day and thought I might not make it back in time. Due diligence if you're a new face to the area and require their services. Definitely research postage options or else you'll get lied to. I'm all for profit making but not by means of dishonesty. Give the customer what they want, not what you want to give them.

A few days ago I transferred an amount of money onto my post office travel card and then realised that I had used an old card that had expired. I was rather anxious as I was travelling in the next few days, however Jhesh ‘came to the rescue.’ He explained clearly the steps needed to resolve the problem and talked me through each step to link the cards and transfer the money onto the new card. This is another example of the caring and professional staff at Boldmere.
