She was incredibly friendly, patient and helpful from the moment I walked in, and genuinely went out of her way to make sure I was looked after. It’s not often you come across someone who puts so much effort into making customers feel comfortable and welcome. Her kindness and positive attitude really stood out, and I’m very grateful for the service I received. Absolutely lovely person and a real credit to the post office!

- PBP BSep 19, 20265.0Had a nightmare scenario when trying to post a parcel to Australia for my son, having picked the online option to print my customs and address label, the QR code was scanned but only to accept the parcel but no option to print the labels. Parcel now apparently on the system on its way but in reality could not be sent as no address label. The staff were extremely helpful but also confused as to why it had happened, not their fault but obviously an issue with the Royal Mail app and having spent nearly £50 on postage, I was faced with the prospect of repeating the long process of reweighing each item and adding to customs form and also the possibility of paying once again. Up stepped staff member Lata to help me find a way to get the labels printed which wasn’t easy to find again as system already had accepted!! parcel and not helped as my phone battery died on me midway through trying to finally print on their own printer having spent 20 mins searching. Had to go home again and get charger to finally get the labels printed in Boldmere Post Office. Thanks to all the staff who helped but especially Lata who went way and above to help in whatever way she could, searching on my phone and even stopped her lunch immediately she seen I had come back with the charger and guided me through the process to print on their printer. Outstanding service from an excellent Post Office and a big thanks to Lata for her amazing customer service.
