- ZMZahid MuhammadJun 11, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience with the gentleman working on the Post Office side. His attitude was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, and such behaviour is unacceptable, especially from someone who has been working there for many years. However I want to make it clear that this review is not directed at the new owners. They are always polite, helpful, and provide excellent customer service in the shop. I hope they seriously address this issue because allowing one staff member’s poor behaviour to continue can damage the reputation and credibility of an otherwise good business

I felt sorry for the customers before me- any questions they asked were answered in a way that customers were scared to ask any further!!! He wasn’t too pleased when I asked him if he was under any stress leading him to be rude with everyone
