- HRH RAug 6, 20261.0The old lady behind the post office counter is quite lazy and has no customer service skills. I’ve consistently found her to be quite rude and lacking in customer service. During my most recent visit, I was returning an Amazon parcel containing a 5L container of brake fluid. Rather than simply processing the return, she complained that she didn’t understand why Amazon allows customers to return heavy items there and said they didn’t have enough shelf space to store parcels. While I appreciate that storage space may be limited, that’s an issue between the Post Office and Amazon—not something customers should be made to feel responsible for. As a customer using a return service that is offered, I don’t expect to be made to feel like I’m causing an inconvenience. A more polite and professional attitude would make a significant difference.

Not only was this the ONLY ONE open in the entire city, the man working there named Wass went above and beyond for me too! He was genuinely very helpful and friendly in a way that you don't see often anymore these days. Now my brother's birthday present is being mailed to Canada. Thank you Wass, you're a good man. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, and such behaviour is unacceptable, especially from someone who has been working there for many years. However I want to make it clear that this review is not directed at the new owners. They are always polite, helpful, and provide excellent customer service in the shop. I hope they seriously address this issue because allowing one staff member’s poor behaviour to continue can damage the reputation and credibility of an otherwise good business

I felt sorry for the customers before me- any questions they asked were answered in a way that customers were scared to ask any further!!!
