Don’t come to this post office. I only visited this post office to post a parcel. The man at the post office was very rude to me, for absolutely no reason. He was very aggressive and shouting soo loud. I felt very uncomfortable, so I had to leave. This is a horrible post office, the worst one in Birmingham. I’m never coming back. It’s no wonder the store is always empty. The man scares the customers away. He has zero customer service skills

Excellent service, very good for business drop-off’s or counter services. Used them for a while now and never failed

Excellent local traditional post office that provides good, friendly and knowledgeable service, and has been doing that for many years. Highly recommended.

Steal your packages & tell you it isn't their problem. 👍🏽 Let kind & good people handle your money & goods, not these people.
