- RHRaO HaRiSApr 28, 20261.0Really disappointing experience. The manager was rude and not helpful at all, and the staff came across as unprofessional and uninterested. I also experienced behaviour that I believe was racist. Overall, very poor service and I left extremely unhappy. Complete waste of of time.

Why did my Post Office refuse to issue change?
If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
