During my visit, one of the employees refused to hand over my mail unless I paid her a sum of money; she demanded ÂŁ20 and implied that she would not release the mail unless I paid. When I asked for the reason behind the payment, it became clear that she was soliciting a bribe. I was shocked by this conduct; no customer should be treated in such a manner, and I believe this matter warrants an immediate investigation. The behavior of these two employees was unacceptable and has undermined my confidence in your services. I therefore request that you investigate this incident and take appropriate action
