An older employee took over and was more polite but still did not resolve the matter. This was clearly discrimination as I went to another post office that served me immediately and efficiently with no issues presented at all. Will not use this post office in future, awful experience.

Despite having all the evidence and meeting the requirements set by Royal Mail they refused to hand over the parcel to me. Collectively, they lacked basic customer service skills when it comes to dealing with situations on a case by case basis.
