Jo served me today at the Post Office and was ever so polite and helpful. Most importantly, she was honest and trustworthy when handling my cash transaction. It’s lovely to receive such genuine and professional service. Thank you, Jo, for making my visit such a pleasant experience! ⭐️

I am tired of the objectionable and rude behaviour of poorly trained staff at this PO. While I am about it, it is not acceptable for staff to encourage people to push in at the queue so those at the front of the queue get treated like dirt...Awful!! Won't be going there again...

I would like to make a formal complaint about my experience at your post office.
Unfortunately, every time I have visited this branch, the lady serving customers has been consistently rude and unprofessional. I often leave work early to visit the post office to send or collect parcels or complete other postal services, but instead of receiving helpful service, I am met with an unpleasant attitude.
On several occasions, the post office has been closed five minutes early, and sometimes even earlier than the advertised closing time. Even when I arrive before the official closing time, I have been told that the post office is already closed and that I cannot be served.
In addition, I have visited the branch on several Saturdays during the published opening hours. According to the advertised schedule, the post office should have been open, but every time I arrived, it was closed. I do not know why this keeps happening, but it is extremely frustrating when customers rely on the published opening hours only to find the branch closed without explanation.
The employee is never welcoming and speaks to customers in a disrespectful manner. From my own experience, and from what I have observed with other customers, this appears to be a regular pattern of behaviour. I have also felt that her attitude towards me has, at times, seemed discriminatory.
I believe that customer service requires patience, professionalism, and respect. If an employee no longer wishes to work with the public, they should not be in a customer-facing role. The people responsible for managing this branch should take customer feedback seriously and investigate these repeated concerns.
It is frustrating to spend my time travelling to the post office—sometimes on foot and sometimes by car—only to be turned away before the advertised closing time or to find the branch closed during its published opening hours. Customers should be able to rely on the opening times that are displayed and expect to receive respectful and professional service.
I hope this complaint will be taken seriously and that appropriate action will be taken to improve the service at this branch.
Thank you for your time and attention.
