- JEJ EMay 27, 20251.0Appalling customer service. The postmaster was on the phone throughout our entire transaction. I was barely acknowledged, and he just held his phone up to show me that the transaction was complete, all whilst continuing on his call. There was no conversing whatsoever, which I thought unprofessional and rude. I shall not be returning there!

You can almost guarantee that the service you need is either out of order (Amazon returns) or not available for some reason! I really think it's time for this branch to close as it serves little purpose. All services and much more amenable staff can be found at the Lode Lane and Radleys branches.
