I was barely acknowledged, and he just held his phone up to show me that the transaction was complete, all whilst continuing on his call. There was no conversing whatsoever, which I thought unprofessional and rude. I shall not be returning there!

I asked for some euros which (after he had checked in a drawer) he said he had, but then told me he was finished and I would have to come back tomorrow. This was at 11.30 so not even his lunch hour! Needless to say I won’t be returning tomorrow or any other day for that matter.
