I sent multiple items through this branch on the same day, all properly posted with tracking where available, and every single one has gone completely missing. No scans after drop-off, no delivery, nothing. This isn't a one-off 'delay' – it's clear negligence or worse, as multiple parcels vanished without trace in one go. I've had to deal with endless hassle chasing Royal Mail, filing claims, and still no resolution or even basic apology from the branch. Staff seemed indifferent when I raised it, and there's zero accountability. This place is a black hole for post. If you're in Birmingham and need to send parcels, go anywhere else – Handsworth, Erdington, literally anywhere but here. You've cost me time, money, and trust. 0/10, never again.
