Got to the post office a whole 5 minutes before closing. All I wanted to do was take out some cash in £50 notes and the guy at the counter said its too late and the systems have been shut down and if he puts it on he will finish later. I found this highly unprofessional. Please close on time and not early! Very disappointed with the lack of service.
