- MMMSep 24, 20261.0Whenever I bring parcels to this Post Office, the same member of staff rolls his eyes and is rude. This has happened repeatedly and makes me feel uncomfortable. Accepting returns is part of the service the Post Office provides. Customers shouldn’t be made to feel like a nuisance for using it. I expect to be treated with patience and respect. His customer service needs to improve.

Despite waiting in line for over 20 mins and having made eye contact with the lady in the hijab multiple times, apparently she did not see me standing there. I visited on 11.07.2026 @ 11.15 am. Check your cctv (to prove I was correct) and I suggest you should also have your eyesight checked. Definitely wont be using this post office again.
