- AHA HanifApr 9, 20265.0After the new ownership, the post office is back on the map. I'm so happy that the back office counters have reopened, it reminds me of my teenage years when I used to post letters and parcels. The previous owner was very rude and miserable. These new owners have given the post office a face lift it is a bustling place with shelves full of goods unlike the dreary drab items left on shelves previously by the old owners.

I am not sure whether she does not know how to print it out or she's just being a lazy cow. I have been posting for years and never had any issue with the 2nd class letter postage receipt. Every single post office gives receipt even Mo gives receipt at this same post office.
- HNHawaa NoorNov 6, 20201.0I would not recommend this post office to anybody at all. The customer service is really poor here. The guy behind the counter is of no help whatsoever. I asked for a marker and he ignored me. He then was very rude and told me I had to pay for my transaction all at once and that he could not clear the screen. I went during lockdown and it was a terrible experience. His daughter was more helpful than him!!!!!

Why did my Post Office refuse to issue change?
If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.

If you’ve signed up but aren’t using your nominated branch, it’s at that branch’s discretion whether they have enough change available to fulfil your request.
