- TJT Jones2 days ago1.0Rude rude rude, I went and bought envelopes from the pound shop, took them out of the packet on the side there to place whatever I had in them and the man spoke to me incredibly rudely and patronising , “aren’t you going to pay for those “ !!!! The woman started laughing, also it was like 5.15 ish , as was l there 5.05 and said I could wait to be served, was time, in Que and the lady another lady while waiting said I couldn’t? Made me cry! They last came back saying yes I told her she could after waiting for ages in the Que, They served me, don’t buy there envelopes or things buy them at the pound shop or don’t use it! They are SO rude

Why did my Post Office refuse to issue change?
If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
You may have been refused if you’re not signed up to this service. If you’d like to do so, contact your bank directly to find out whether they offer the service and how to sign up.
If you’ve signed up but aren’t using your nominated branch, it’s at that branch’s discretion whether they have enough change available to fulfil your request.
