Absolutely shocking company how they treat customers when THEY have made the mistake !!
Delivered our parcel to the wrong company, didn’t leave it safely and no surprise when I went to collect it it’s been stolen.
Email after email being bounced back with unhelpful and purposely stalling and deflecting responsibility. And now unfortunately it means a lot of children will go without Christmas presents from our business. DHL are unreliable, unhelpful, and lack any kind of care or responsibility for people’s deliveries. Choose another courier company if you don’t want a world of hassle trying to sort out their mistakes.

If there is no one available to accept the parcel, our DHL Express courier will usually leave a calling card at the address informing the receiver that they have tried to deliver a parcel.
