All the staff are of a pleasant and amiable disposition, and their willingness to assist and remediate complex scenarios is second to none. Recently, I had to send a package to France, and two members of staff spent a considerable amount of time explaining all the changes and anomalies that have arisen post-Brexit. I learned so much from that single interaction and will know exactly what to do and to avoid next time I send a parcel to Continental Europe. They didn't have to do it, but it bears testimony to the care and consideration they show to their customers. I'd like to highlight and commend one of those staff members in particular - his name is 'Ash'. Like all of the staff, he always gives me his undivided attention, and I always know that he will impart trustworthy, sound advice based on his undeniable expertise and knowledge. I never feel rushed and Ash's relaxed demeanour with his conversational, everyday manner help make the experience relaxing. I look forward to my next visit, and I'm sure I echo the sentiments of others when I proclaim - 'Viva La Church Road Post Office'.
