- KKKomaljeet Kaur1 day ago1.0Horrible customer service. One particular member of staff is consistently rude and unhelpful, even towards regular customers. She is extremely rude when dealing with enquiries and on one occasion actually hung up the phone on me while I was trying to make an enquiry. This is not the first time I have experienced her being unnecessarily rude, and it makes dealing with this Post Office very unpleasant. I understand that staff can be busy, but customers should still be spoken to politely and professionally. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue.

- MFMiss FraserAug 3, 20262.0I purchased US dollars from Castle Vale Post Office expecting them to be suitable for international travel, but I was given old $100 notes (1996 and 2006 series). When I arrived abroad, they were refused because many businesses and hotels only accept newer US dollar notes. Customers should not have to deal with this issue after buying foreign currency from a trusted provider. I would have expected to be given newer, widely accepted notes or at least be warned that older notes may be rejected. This caused unnecessary inconvenience during my trip.
