The horrible person on the counter aged with glasses sometimes he was throwing the cards of a lady after checking the identity she probably came to collect her parcel..that man should have learnt the customer services manners he was shouted when she refused to pick the parcel weighed 28kg as she was asked to pick up herself and put on the scale that was horrible a man there helped her ...management should take notice of the ill mannered staff ..there was mentioned that no tolerate against abusive behaviour of the customers so what about the staff??? Why nobody take notice of that ill mannered person serving with foul mouthed...

An old grumpy man always sits at the post office gives terrible experience to all customers. Forces customers to buy an expensive postage otherwise he would start arguing. Royal mail must consider this branch as it’s effecting Royal Mail overall.

The man who runs this poor excuse of a place is miserable, I asked if I can do my car tax here, he made a puzzle out of it. ‘I don’t personally do tax, that’s between you and DVLA. Yes, we do have the forms.’ After about 15 minutes of riddle telling. Bizarre bloke. I think he has some undisclosed mental health issues.
Speaks volumes his track record, it has been this way for decades.
