They offer a wide range of courier and delivery services, including DHL, UPS, Evri, Parcelforce, and Royal Mail, making it very convenient for customers. They also provide travel money, insurance, passport services, and DVLA digital services, which makes the Post Office a very useful one-stop service for the local community. Whenever we visit, the staff always greet us with a warm smile and make us feel genuinely welcome. Their friendly and respectful approach makes every visit a pleasant experience, and we always enjoy coming here. A very well-run branch with excellent customer service and a great range of services. - RWRebecca WAug 5, 20261.0I visited the Post Office to try and clear up a misunderstanding, but I was very disappointed by the way the situation was handled. Firstly, I don't believe it was appropriate for a member of staff to confront my mam infront of other customers. A Conversations involving personal matters should be treated with discretion and respect for people's privacy. When I came in to politely explain the situation and clear my name, the member of staff even referred to me by a different name, said my mam told them my name was some thing else, which made the situation even more confusing. Surely, if she was discussing me, she should have known who I actually was. Instead of listening to what I had to say, she walked away while I was still speaking. The lady told me LEAVE IT THERE!! I found this incredibly rude and unprofessional. I wasn't there to cause an argument, I am there as the man, is accusing me of being rude in the shop (I've only ever sent a letter and out the door) I left feeling dismissed, no professionalism, and needing greater respect for customers' privacy in the future.
