Ive been several times to send a return, however, not once have their gates been open. I’ve tried to go after work on a Friday, as I finish at 4 and they’re open to 7, but as I arrived, someone was closing the gates.
I had to arrange a collection online. This is ridiculous!

Very poor delivery experience with DHL Belfast.
I received multiple tracking updates stating my parcel was “out for delivery,” which resulted in me waiting in on two separate days. On both occasions, the parcel did not arrive.
Tracking information was clearly inaccurate and did not reflect the actual status of the shipment. After contacting customer services (Jaden Call Centre Guana), I was informed the parcel could not be located at the depot and is now considered lost after it sits for a period completely contradicting the tracking updates I had been given. To be fair to Jaden I wouldnt have know to go back and contact the supplier to get information. I was asked to wait another 24 hrs to see could it be found. I decided to cancel the order and get my money back.
This lack of coordination between tracking and actual operations caused unnecessary inconvenience and wasted time. Customers rely on accurate delivery information, and this fell well below expectations.
