would give it 5 stars if was open properly and when expected - it is closed far too much at what seems random times with a sign up on the counter. when it is open the staff are great but something needs to be done to increase the staff numbers etc. to make sure its open when it should be.

extremely unreliable post office.. lost my 2 parcels worth over £200. Post office closes at random times, no staff available and won’t give you another receipt and no email receipt so if you just lose a tiny piece of paper receipt then there’s no way the post office can help you at all. very disappointed.

Ardenlee need to adjust there website and signage outside the shop, it would have saved me a journey, they that opening hours on Saturday as 9-00 to 1-00 when in fact they are closed. I had to collect a parcel so couldn’t go to another Post Office ,further to my previous post after receiving emails stating packages where at Ardenlee post office for me I called round and for a change it was open even though it was Saturday, however when requesting my packages the counter assistant said she had no time to sort them out when I questioned why she said she was too busy and to come back on Monday, so much for customer support !!
