I paid £40 in cash for a £32.50 postal order, but the staff member insisted I only gave £30 and made me pay an extra £2.50 by card. I am certain of the amount I handed over. This was upsetting and disappointing. I expect better care and accuracy when handling customers’ money.
- HAHodo AliDec 25, 20251.0I returned a 40 kg parcel to SHEIN on 15th November 2025 and requested proof of delivery (signature or photo) from Royal Mail. Despite contacting them multiple times, I still have not received any proof. Customer service has been confusing and inconsistent: • Royal Mail tells me I need to submit a claim, which I did. • Then they tell me to contact ParcelForce. • ParcelForce tells me to contact Royal Mail again. This back-and-forth is extremely frustrating and has delayed my refund from SHEIN. It has been over a month, and the handling of this situation is unacceptable. I expect Royal Mail to provide clear proof of delivery immediately and improve their customer support.

I queried the man serving me as they shouldn’t be anymore and rudely exclaimed “How would I know” and went to staring at his phone. I later called the lovely people at Wexham post office who told me that, that was incorrect and I could send my card to the USA. I wouldn’t recommend this post office if you would like correct information and a pleasant experience. It’s a shame the staff here let down the reputation for the other amazing post offices out there!
