  One star is too much! This is the worst post office I’ve ever been. Every time I’ve been is was crowded and just one member of staff. The others are just walking around ignoring the people. This place must be shut…

  If you know how to use the self service machines you can zoom in and out in a few minutes. Otherwise, if you need to use the counter facilities be prepared to stand in line for a long time.

  Only 1 person on the till when there is a long queue. People who have been referred to fill in forms are then allowed to jump to the front to return the forms. Great service (not)

  This post office inside The WH Smith on slough high street ,next to mac donald and opposite to KFC .
