Always drop off my parcels here for quick scan via Royal Mail. Quick and easy service from all staff. Staff are always kind, polite and respectful to me and anyone I have known. Excellent service. Has to be Manor Park’s finest by far! ✨

Went to collect parcel at 434 that had been dropped there by dpd...I did not ask for that. However the opening times state 530 so when I arrived the sign on the door read 'from 16 th march post office will close at 5pm' when I reached the counter I was told they closed at 430 as stated on the door. I pointed out the sign said 5pm and he said 'no that's the shop' I opened the door and pointed out it clearly states 'post office' he said it was wrong and everything was shut down. I'm disabled and now had to return another day. They were dismissive, rude and attempting to speak as though I was mistaken. The post office need to rescind these people of their licences to operate as judging by my experience today and previous reviews listed it is not a business of Integrety fit for purpose. I will be making a formal complaint to the post office directly.

Me and my disabled wife go to pick up parcel hear today at 4:30.
We left work early to make this pick up.
Checked the couriers text message before we left "open till 5pm", arrived at 4:30, sign on door "post office closes 5pm". Sign on post office counter says "closes 5pm". Guy on counter is packing up and dismisses us, says its 4:30. "The sign is wrong".
He could see my wife was struggling and just shrugs us off.
We all like to get off work a bit early every now and then, but if you are caught red handed trying to scive off, hold your hands up and do your smegging job! You have customer's in front of you.
Lazy, arrogant, and outright rude.
