- YYYApr 29, 20261.0This is now a family run business with people who barely speak English and the manager, an Indian chap called Jimeruyun or whatever he’s called, is arrogant, rude and lacks basic training. He has this annoying thing where he’ll serve 2-3 customers at once while having conversations with others. He even has the audacity to keep you waiting while he speaks to his co-workers. This man is just one step short of an a**.

Went today Mon 16 Feb @1655hrs, two people in front of me After 10 minutes guy behind left , after 20mins lass still trying to get service, left. My turn...(Not straightforward or quick) I asked about something, person serving said "I've not been trained in that" (not the first time that was said whilst I was queuing!!!) I politely suggested they closed until they were ready for the public!!! The new staff (all family?!) the one youngster trying to deal with 6-8 people queuing for the post office (untrained) A queue at the shop counter Older guy, wasn't interested in anything or anyone Just trying to "keep out of the way and look busy" Don't waste your time, just not worth it!! Yours frustrated!!!!
