- PDPatricia Dervan4 days ago1.0The most rudest person I have ever come across. She has absolutely no people skills & no manners. Even tweedle D and Tweedledum her two assistants are the same. They start talking in their own language which is bloody rude. This woman is so tight rather than give me a piece of Sellotape , she said she didn’t have any. Out right told me to buy some. I brought two over priced Sellotapes the week at her shop. I spent a lot of money in this shop. This post office is local for me. Trust me if I could avoid coming here I would.

- LLladylolahesterDec 8, 20251.0Would be zero if I could. Rejected my DPD parcel for no reason and now my parcel is lost at depot and I am battling back and forth to get it back. They don’t care about the implications this causes to people who have spent a lot of money on items , to then not receive them. The men behind the post office are always so rude and speak to me like I’m a piece of dirt on their shoes. They all need to learn customer service, it’s a small local shop they need more community spirit.

To deposit a cheque, you’ll need to bring the following to your nearest branch:

*A completed deposit slip from your bank, if applicable. Please contact your bank to request paying-in slips as these are not held in Post Office branches
*A cheque deposit envelope for your bank (these are available from your own bank or the majority are stocked in Post Office branches)
Please do not enclose cash. Full instructions can be found on the cheque deposit envelope.
Simply hand over your sealed cheque deposit envelope to the Post Office who will provide you with a receipt for your cheque deposit envelope.
Why did my Post Office refuse to issue change?
If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
You may have been refused if you’re not signed up to this service. If you’d like to do so, contact your bank directly to find out whether they offer the service and how to sign up.
If you’ve signed up but aren’t using your nominated branch, it’s at that branch’s discretion whether they have enough change available to fulfil your request.
